Examination – Mineral Searches, Surveys, and Title Searches

If your order includes the production of a deed, our understand Doc Prep 911 has not conducted or reviewed a title search on or a survey of your property, including, but not limited to, a search of the mineral estate, or any other matters which might be revealed from an examination of your property or that might be revealed through a survey of your property.

Service Fees

Fees for Services are disclosed at the beginning of your order. By utilizing our Services and using the Website, you agree to pay any and all associated fees upon request. If you pay your fee electronically, you agree to provide accurate billing and debit or credit card information.

Privacy Policy

Access to Services requires the completion of our registration form. Completion of registration shall be deemed as your assent that all information provided is accurate and that any and all responsibility to maintain and update your contact information is the sole responsibility of the user.
